About Lumberfest
Lumberfest is a convention for lumberjacks. It features many events for the modern-day jack, including axe throwing, speed chopping, and more! Not only is the event fun for lumberjacks, it’s incredibly fun to watch.
Lumberfest is everything the modern-day lumberjack dreams of. We have a large variety of events used to show off your woodsman skill set! So come on down and throw some axes, crack some beers, and enjoy the good times with your fellow Jacks.
Identity
As Lumberfest is all about lumberjacks, it is imperative to include the traditional lumberjack tool– the axe. In the main badge, the axe is twisted into circular shape with an ‘L’ in the middle.
Website Design
Lumberfest’s landing page is the go-to spot for customers. A simple navigation was chosen to be less distracting and straightforward. As the site is lightweight, the main points are located in the navigation. Choosing an illustration of a lumberjack was the most visually appealing approach.
Event Passes
Lumberfest is a multi-day event and passes are required for entry. I used this opportunity to take a creative approach the passes. Every pass is die-cut in an axehead shape. This fits the target demographic well, and adds creativity to the event branding.
